Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for resolution, replacement, or repair. Candidates should have substantial remodeling experience in windows/doors, siding, shingles, and gutters, with most work conducted in the field and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include pre-service planning, adhering to safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while communicating effectively with customers and team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2–4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification; RRP Lead Renovator Certification (will be provided if not currently certified).
• Experience in home remodeling, especially windows/doors, siding, roofing, gutters.
• Field-based role with minimal supervision and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials for scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements beforehand.
• Perform services efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Complete services within timeframes and maintain workmanship quality.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
