Power Home Remodeling seeks a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repairs or replacements. The role is field-based, with minimal supervision, requiring extensive experience in replacement windows/doors, siding, roofing, and gutters.

The candidate will work primarily in the field, adhere to safety protocols, maintain high workmanship standards, and communicate progress or issues promptly to customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience in home remodeling, replacement windows/doors, vinyl siding, roofing and gutters.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator certification required (or will be granted on employment).

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials for appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements ahead of time.
• Perform services safely and efficiently per company standards.
