Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for fixes in the field. The role requires experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, roofing, and gutters, with minimal supervision. A valid HS diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

You will work primarily in the field, delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards while supporting customers and the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
• RRP Lead Renovator Certification is required or will be provided upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials before appointments.
• Review customer details, service requirements and instructions.
• Perform services efficiently adhering to standards and safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction; provide feedback.
• Maintain timely communication for issues needing further resolution.
