Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace, or repair. You will primarily work in the field with minimal supervision, using your experience in replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing, and gutters to serve customers and support the company’s commitments.

This role requires a High School Diploma and 2–4 years in the home remodeling industry, OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience.
OSHA 10 certification and RRP Lead Renovator certification (will receive upon employment if not currently certified).
Experience in home remodeling, specifically replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing and gutters.
Field-based role with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Confirm all scheduled services at least 1-2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
Prepare equipment and/or materials prior to scheduled appointments.
Review customer details, service requirements, and any special instructions beforehand.
Perform each service efficiently and in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
Complete assigned services within designated timeframes, maintaining quality and workmanship.
Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction; provide feedback.
Ensure timely communication for issues that require further resolution or investigation.
