Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience is required.
- OSHA 10, RRP Lead Renovator Certification (Will receive upon employment if not currently certified)
Responsibilities
- Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance.
- Prepare equipment and materials for appointments.
- Review customer details and service requirements.
- Perform services safely and to company standards.
- Complete services within designated timeframes and maintain quality.
- Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate timely about issues needing further resolution.
