Job summary
Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repair or replacement. The role is field-based with minimal supervision and requires substantial experience in replacement windows, siding, roofing and gutters.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required with 2–4 years related work experience.
- OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or will be provided on employment.
- Experience in residential construction and field service is essential.
Responsibilities
- Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
- Prepare equipment and materials for appointments.
- Review customer details and service requirements before visits.
- Perform services efficiently while following safety standards.
- Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
- Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly about issues needing resolution or investigation.
