Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft clear timelines for resolution. The role emphasizes field work in replacement windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters with minimal supervision. Prior home remodeling experience is essential.

You will work directly with customers, schedule and complete services on time, and uphold safety and quality standards while contributing to a positive customer experience and company growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience are required.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification are required or will be provided after employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements.
• Perform services efficiently per company standards and safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Proactively seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
