Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft timelines to resolve, replace or repair. Experience with replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing and gutters is required. This role is field-based with minimal supervision.

The candidate should have strong customer service skills, be organized, and able to negotiate and make real-time decisions to resolve issues. OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 certification; RRP Lead Renovator certification offered upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and requirements ahead of service.
• Perform services efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
