Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines for repairs, replacements, or improvements. The role is field-based with minimal supervision and requires significant experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing, and gutters.

The position is primarily in the field in Naperville, IL, with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience are required.
• OSHA 10, RRP Lead Renovator Certification (will be provided if not currently certified).

Responsibilities

• Confirm scheduled services 1-2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements beforehand.
• Perform services efficiently and in line with safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
