Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance at customer locations, troubleshooting systems, and working with high-purity water equipment. Emphasis on safety, preventative maintenance, and customer communication will be key to success.

The role requires travel (20%–80%), depending on division, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable operation and uptime while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
• Clean driving record
• Work experience preferred
• 0 to 2 years of technical work experience, 1 year preferred
