Job summary

Xylem is a Fortune 500 water technology company seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and manage parts inventory while interfacing directly with customers across multiple systems and locations.

The role requires 2–5 years of technical work experience in industrial or commercial process water, with a focus on safety and independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain all required clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Work experience preferred, 2–5 years in technical roles including process water.
• Industrial or commercial field service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites safely.
• Troubleshoot systems proactively and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and assist with safety improvements.
• Interface with customers and sometimes work across multiple systems/locations.
• Operate with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
