Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform hands-on field service at customer sites in a safe, efficient manner. You will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, install equipment, and identify safety issues.

This role requires a HS diploma, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel locally. You should be comfortable working with customers, solving problems, and demonstrating strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record required.
• Water treatment or HVAC experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities at customer sites safely.
• Install and service civil and mechanical equipment.
• Identify and remedy safety issues on equipment.
• Interface with customers and may work at multiple sites.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting.
