Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions is seeking a Field Service & Logistics Technician to perform safe field service at customer sites, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and conducting preventive maintenance. The role includes staging parts, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate stock records across multiple sites.

Travel of 5–20% is expected; CDL (A/B) with hazmat endorsements are preferred. Excellent problem solving and customer service are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; CDL Class A or B with endorsements (HAZ is a plus).
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and diesel equipment preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient field service at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Stage service parts, manage inventory, and verify shipments.
• Maintain warehouse organization and accurate stock records.
