Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites, troubleshoot systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and manage parts inventory. The role requires safe operation, the ability to work with mechanical, electrical and diesel equipment, and direct interaction with customers.

Some travel is required (20–80%), and a HS diploma is required; CDL class A or B is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• DOT Medical card may be required.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and diesel equipment.
• Customer service experience and strong troubleshooting ability.
