Job summary

Sagent is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in a regional territory in Seattle and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate a range of commercial equipment, including scales, ovens, and wrapping systems, often working independently in the field.

You’ll undergo company training, receive tools and a laptop, and maintain service documentation while staying aligned with safety and quality standards. Most work is performed locally with nightly home time.

Qualifications

• Technical education or training preferred.
• Experience installing or repairing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, and PC-based equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and installations.
• Communicate findings to customers and complete service documentation.
• Manage service calls and required documentation throughout the day.
• Maintain company-issued tools, equipment, and parts.
