Job summary

General Parts is looking for a Field Service Technician to travel to restaurant locations, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration, and light HVAC systems.

You will operate company vehicles, deliver prompt service, and minimize downtime while providing excellent customer support. You will communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and iPad use.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and provide prompt, reliable service.
• Minimize downtime for restaurant operations and provide exceptional customer support.
