Job summary

The Aagard Group LLC is seeking a skilled technician to install, test, and support new and retrofitted machines. This role involves traveling up to 50% and collaborating closely with customers to ensure machines meet specifications.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree in a related field, strong CAD reading skills, knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, and proficiency with Microsoft products. Travel passport required; domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Drafting, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field plus 2 years of related experience
• Ability to view and understand CAD drawings and experience with Microsoft products
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; must obtain a valid passport
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and support new machine projects ( ITS ) including retro builds
• Test and assemble machines; ensure project success and clear communication between Aagard and customers
• Provide quality assurance for retrofit and warranty assemblies; conduct quality audits on full machines
• Build trust with customers; represent Aagard with professionalism and integrity
• Identify retrofit opportunities to enhance machine performance and customer value
