Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a technically skilled field service representative to provide hardware and software support for customer equipment. You will diagnose, install, and train users, document activities in Salesforce, and coordinate parts with distributors.

This role requires extensive travel (often overnight) and a strong focus on timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction. You will read schematics and manuals, support Windows AD and networking, and train customers and

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Technologies or applicable experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ training or commensurate experience in electronic and PC technologies.
• Experience supporting SQL, Windows Active Directory, Networking, Windows and Windows Server.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• PC, mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer relations and phone skills.
• Self-motivation to work independently without direct supervision.
• Effective planning and organizational skills to manage time and call load.
• Competency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Proprietary software is a plus.
• PC applications support experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose software and hardware problems effectively and resolve customer equipment issues.
• Log service calls in Salesforce and record relevant information.
• Provide remote phone support when not traveling.
• Escalate tier 2/3 issues to the support specialist and to management when needed.
• Strive for above-average first visit resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with distributors on parts orders, RMAs, and technical assistance.
• Perform on-site installations and support, with travel up to 75%.
