Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a field service technician to provide technical support and on-site installations for our gaming equipment. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, train customers, and coordinate parts and repairs with distributors.

Travel is extensive and may include overnight stays. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of SQL, Windows Active Directory and networking, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years training or commensurate experience in electronic and PC technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Windows Active Directory, Networking, Windows and Windows Server.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose software and hardware problems and resolve issues.
• Log service calls in Salesforce and document pertinent information.
• Provide remote phone support when not traveling.
• Escalate Tier 2/3 issues to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate parts, RMAs, and technical assistance with distributors.
• Perform on-site installations and support; travel up to 75% or more.
• Train distributors and customers on Arrow equipment usage.
• Exceed customer satisfaction objectives.
