Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Technologies or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic and PC technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Active Directory, networking, Windows OS and Windows Server.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer relations and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose software and hardware problems and resolve issues to defined standards.
• Log service calls in Salesforce and document relevant information.
• Provide remote phone support when not traveling and on-site installations.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support and management promptly.
• Travel up to 75% and train distributors and customers on Arrow equipment.
• Assist with configuration and programming of Arrow equipment.
