Job summary

Carolina Handling is seeking Field Technicians to service lift trucks and equipment at customer sites across Georgia. You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, perform installations and repairs, and provide exceptional customer service in the field.

This role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years of related maintenance experience. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, repair, or installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, installations, and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in the field.
• Execute repairs promptly and efficiently for contracted customers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to company policies.
• Keep parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Maintain the service van and ensure it is stocked with tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when working at customer sites.
