Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: diagnose electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs as needed.
• Customer Interaction: communicate with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Professionalism: maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers.
• Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform maintenance on equipment for contracted customers.
• Inventory Management: track parts and supplies in the service van.
• Van Maintenance: keep the service van stocked and maintained.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety guidelines at customer sites.
• Other duties as assigned to support operations.
