Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to support retail store technologies and computer systems at client sites. You will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of POS equipment and related store hardware in a variety of retail environments.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, on-site service, and coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must have strong PC/network hardware knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and support Toshiba and non-Toshiba retail systems at client sites.
• Travel within territory; perform installations, relocations and upgrades as needed.
• Document activities accurately using standard reporting tools and portals.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with customers and internal teams.
