Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems in various retail and SMB environments. The role covers installation, repair, and on-site support across Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

You will travel domestically for installations, upgrades, and maintenance, often working overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience in an Electronics field.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel.
• Knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, POS equipment, and related retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned territory performing basic repairs and services.
• Travel within territory or nationally for installations, relocations, and upgrades.
• Communicate status and seek assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete service events in a timely, high-quality manner to meet commitments.
• Plan and schedule work, arrange travel, and respond to schedule changes.
