Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain and repair retail store technologies and peripherals across diverse environments. You will perform installations, support services, and diagnosis of basic issues, traveling within a defined territory to customer sites.

The role requires strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in electronics field or related work
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically
• Know-how with PCs, networks, POS devices, and retail electronics

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned territory performing basic repairs and services on products and installations
• Travel to customer locations for installs, relocations, or upgrades of POS equipment
• Communicate status and progress with customers, management, and peers
• Complete service events in a timely, high-quality manner to meet commitments
• Plan and schedule work, arrange travel, and respond to schedule changes quickly
• Document installation activities per Toshiba standards using automated systems
• Maintain trunk stock to support customers
• Perform related duties as assigned
