Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems in various environments. The role includes installation, support, and repair of Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and on-time service.

Responsibilities include on-site installations, troubleshooting, travel planning, and documentation of activities according to company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• Willing to travel 100% of the time domestically and/or internationally as required for installations or service.
• Operational knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, POS equipment and related retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned territory performing repairs and services on products.
• Travel to customer locations for installations, relocations, upgrades, or maintenance.
• Communicate status and issues with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule work, arrange travel, and adapt to schedule changes.
