Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems. You will perform installation, support, and repair work on Toshiba and other retail products, serving various store environments and SMB markets.

The role requires extensive travel, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities, with responsibility for customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience, IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel.
• Operational knowledge of PC tech, networks, POS devices and retail hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and support Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products and store systems.
• Travel within territory or nationally to perform installations and modifications.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with customers and management to ensure satisfaction.
• Document installation activities and maintain stock for customers.
• Work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends when needed.
