Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation seeks a Senior Field Representative to service CIP offerings across customer sites in the Chicago area. You will configure, install, troubleshoot, train on Ricoh solutions, and support workflow improvements in client environments.

This role requires strong hands-on skills, the ability to work independently, and proactive customer engagement while traveling to diverse sites. A valid driver's license and on-site service readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance per Ricoh policy.
• High school diploma; basic knowledge of computers, electronics, mechanics, and printing software is desired.
• Meets requirements in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the role.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, troubleshoots, networks, maintains, and trains on assigned products/services.
• Performs product repairs, training, equipment/workflow observation; shares solutions to improve methods.
• Identifies opportunities to increase Ricoh equipment, supplies, and service utilization.
• Assembles and maintains product knowledge and equipment operations information.
