Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience with computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network and printing software desired.
• Meets Ricoh's certification requirements as defined by management; driving required for field work.

Responsibilities

• Performs product solution services, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and training in their area of responsibility.
• Maintains relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel; promotes Ricoh support offerings.
• Manages own workload, calls, and schedules; supports solution time management and reporting.
• Completes administrative tasks accurately and on time, logs activity, and maintains on-site inventories.
• Contributes to productivity metrics and participates in Ricoh Extra Value programs when applicable.
