Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and service manuals.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
- Experience with calibrating and servicing precision measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair advanced metrology systems at customer facilities.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and customer training.
- Complete service reports, time records, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Specialists, and distributors to resolve issues.
