Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service repair experience with UPS, power distribution and related equipment.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and company digital resources.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modification of equipment.
• Collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners and field teams to resolve issues.
• Complete field service and expense reports and data sheets; support project management on larger jobs.
