Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on power distribution equipment at customer sites across the U.S. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or trade certification and hands-on experience in electrical disciplines, with travel across the region and some after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade certification required/strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Understanding of AC/DC power fundamentals and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with customers, electricians, and partners.
• Complete field service reports, expense sheets, and startup data sheets.
• Collaborate with District Service Manager to resolve escalated issues.
• Engage in ongoing training for products and processes.
