Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to service equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure across customer sites. This is a site-based role with occasional nonstandard hours and a 40-hour guarantee, plus overtime as required.

You’ll receive direct product training, a full onboarding program in Dallas, TX, and ongoing field and classroom instruction. The role emphasizes problem solving, customer focus, safety, and collaboration with project

Qualifications

• Associate or trade certification in electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with UPS, power distribution, switchgear and ATS.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service.
• Safety practices and OSHA/NFPA-70E knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications.
• Provide problem solving with customers and teams.
• Complete field service reports and data sheets.
• Support project management on larger system start-ups.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
