Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, start up, diagnose, repair and maintain electrical equipment at customer sites within the U.S. Services organization.

The role includes training, safety, travel, and collaboration with customers and partners. You will service power distribution and critical power infrastructure, work with a team of field service professionals, and participate in ongoing education and safety programs, with a competitive pay range and

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree, trade certification, military training, or similar experience in electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Thorough understanding of AC/DC power and related components.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service with UPS and power equipment.
• Safety training and adherence to safety procedures.
• English required for communication; ability to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Diagnose issues with customers, electricians, and partners.
• Complete field service and expense reports and startup data sheets.
• Collaborate with management to resolve complex issues.
• Ongoing product training and hands-on learning in the field.
