Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative in the United States to service power distribution and critical power equipment. You will perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications while collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical-related field.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power principles.
• 2+ years field service repair and customer service.
• NFPA-70E or OSHA experience preferred.
• Safe driving and vehicle operations.
• Experience reading schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, partners, and support teams.
• Completion of field service reports and data sheets.
• Work with Manager to resolve escalated issues.
• Continuous learning and training on products.
