Schneider Electric’s Field Service Representatives play a crucial role delivering on-site assembly, startup, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance for electrical equipment at customer sites. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, trade certification, or military training in electrical disciplines.
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with UPS systems and power distribution.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and interpret operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, and technical teams.
• Prepare field service reports, expense reports, and startup data sheets.
• Collaborate with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development.
