Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modification of electrical equipment for power distribution and critical infrastructure in the U.S.

You will travel regionally, support customers, and collaborate with project teams. The role requires 2+ years in field service and the ability to read schematics; training is provided at a Dallas facility with paid time off and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or similar electrical-related training or experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Solve problems with customers, partners and support teams.
• Complete field service and expense reports, data sheets.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve escalated issues.
• Continue training and learning on products in field and classroom.
