Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade shipping and mailing equipment for clients across the Tampa Bay area. This remote, field-based role requires mechanical or electrical aptitude and a customer-centric approach, with significant windshield time and occasional travel.

You will support hardware and software solutions, train customers, and represent Pitney Bowes in the field while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs plus with or without accommodation.
• Up to 80% windshield time traveling within a multi-zip code territory.
• Proficient in Windows environment; basic PC and Networking knowledge preferred.
• Experience with automated equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes equipment for clients.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software solutions.
• Provide on-site training to clients at installation.
