Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and upgrade our shipping and mailing equipment for clients. The role emphasizes hardware and software troubleshooting, with a strong client focus and travel required within a multi-zip code territory.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some overtime and significant windshield time. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, dependent on skills and location, with benefits and a long history

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and perform field service tasks.
• Willingness to travel within a multi-zip code territory (up to 80% windshield time).
• Experience with Windows environments and basic PC networking.
• Experience with installing, repairing, and troubleshooting shipping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software components to reduce callbacks.
• Travel to client sites within a multi-zip code territory.
• Train customers on equipment at installation.
• Maintain safe, professional, and customer-focused service.
