Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service equipment across the UK, including coin and currency devices, ATMs, and related software. You will travel to client sites, perform maintenance, and coordinate with branch teams to meet customer needs.

Strong electromechanical skills and a customer‑first attitude are essential. This role requires the ability to travel, lift up to 25 kg, and work across various client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical/field service role or similar.
• Integrity and ability to access secure environments.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel daily to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%).
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs and respond within contract times.
• Safeguard assets and maintain vehicle stock and scheduled service intervals.
• Perform other duties as required.
