Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer sites in Indianapolis, IN. You will troubleshoot, perform start-up testing and train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.

You will collaborate with R&D, Software and QA teams, adhere to safety protocols, and support documentation and reports. A related degree or vocational training is preferred, with strong mechanical and software basics.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or vocational training in a related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with hand tools and mechanical platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation quickly and effectively.
• Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and QA teams as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and prepare detailed technical reports.
