Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the service team. The role focuses on proficient repair and service of customer equipment, maintaining strong relationships with customers, peers, and management.

Responsibilities include repairing Raymond West equipment, training staff, maintaining billing profitability, and following safety procedures. Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to read and write clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Willing to work off-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Account for 100% of available time during working hours.
• Must be willing to travel and work overtime as required.
