Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment at customer sites, maintain strong relationships with customers and management, and represent the company professionally. The role requires travel within assigned territories and staying compliant with safety standards.

The position includes training, potential overtime, and a company vehicle with fuel card for daily travel to various sites. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or equivalent service experience.
• Must be able to travel daily to customer sites and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with the Field Supervisor and customers.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, neat, accurate manner.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
