Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service customer equipment while maintaining strong relationships with clients and management. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and representing the company in all interactions.

Travel daily within assigned territories with a company vehicle and fuel card; overtime when needed. Requires strong English skills, organizational abilities, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown/service experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service equipment sold and serviced by Raymond West.
• Communicate with Field Supervisor and customers; represent the company.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain and manage tools and vehicle; ensure safety compliance.
• Travel within assigned territories daily; be willing to work overtime.
• Follow Service Department procedures and Raymond certification as applicable.
