Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the service team. The role focuses on repairing customer equipment, maintaining strong customer relations, and representing the company on site. Travel within assigned territories and overtime may be required.

You will work with a team to ensure safety, quality, and timely service, while maintaining appropriate documentation and parts inventory. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown/service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret safety manuals and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment sold and serviced by Raymond West.
• Maintain communication with customers, supervisors, and management.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Travel within assigned territories and work overtime as needed.
• Represent the company professionally on every job site.
