Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The role focuses on repairing and servicing customer equipment, maintaining strong communication with customers and management, and representing the company across all interactions.

You will work to exceed productivity goals while adhering to safety guidelines. Daily duties include completing paperwork accurately, coordinating with the Field Supervisor, and traveling within assigned territories using a company vehicle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown or service experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Maintain accurate assigned parts inventory and tools.
• Complete all paperwork timely, neatly, and accurately.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Establish positive rapport with customers and represent the company.
• Travel within assigned territories daily; company vehicle provided.
