Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service customer equipment and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and management. The role emphasizes productivity, safety adherence, and representing the company in all interactions.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, updating skills, and training others when needed, while maintaining accurate paperwork and a profitable service approach. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown/service experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair Raymond West equipment and perform scheduled service tasks.
• Update training and skills on an ongoing basis; train others as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and complete paperwork accurately.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work; report to Service Supervisor.
• Travel within assigned territories and coordinate overtime as required.
