Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. The role focuses on repairing equipment, maintaining strong communication with customers and management, and upholding Raymond West’s reputation for service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on mechanical skills, knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to travel daily within assigned territories. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' breakdown or service experience or equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
• Establish positive rapport with customers.
