Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver on-site service, installation, repair and testing of equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, produce detailed service reports, and build positive relationships with customers.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to follow procedures, and flexibility for varying shifts. You will work with field automation systems and support the technical team to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on equipment.

• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
