Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service professional to install, test, and repair complex equipment at customer sites. You will work on-site, often in travel-heavy assignments, to ensure systems operate correctly and meet SLAs.

Candidates should have related trade experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly in dynamic environments. Travel and TSA background checks may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training; 2 years of field service experience.
• Excellent communications skills and strong customer focus; responsive to issues.
• Travel at short notice and ability to work in a 24/7 customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Perform on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate startup malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Follow established guidelines, procedures and policies.
